1. Eligibility

1. Entry is open to persons who

   • Are aged 16 to 19 years at the date of entry; and

   • Are residents of Adelaide, South Australia, Australia only.

2. Entrants must nominate a “bestie” (second person) who

   • Meets the same eligibility criteria (aged 16-19, resident in Adelaide SA); and

   • Will participate in the prize experience together with the entrant.

3. Employees of the Promoter, its associated agencies and immediate family members are not eligible to enter.

2. Promotion Period

The giveaway opens at 00:01 ACDT on 6 November 2025 and closes at 23:59 ACDT on 17 November 2025 (“Promotion Period”), based on Adelaide time.

3. How to Enter

To enter the giveaway, eligible entrants must complete all of the following during the Promotion Period:

• Follow the Promoter’s Instagram account and TikTok account.

• On Instagram comment “WIN” on the designated promotional post (link to be provided once live).

• On TikTok on the designated giveaway video, tag your best friend in a comment — one friend per line counts as an extra entry.

• Share the designated post to your Story on Instagram and TikTok, and tag the Promoter on both platforms.
  No purchase is necessary to enter and entry is free of charge.

• The prize is valid for redemption from 20 November 2025 through to 30 June 2026, subject to availability.

• The winner draw will be conducted only via the Promoter’s TikTok account on 19 November 2025. All valid entries from both Instagram and TikTok will be eligible for this single random draw.

• The winner will be notified via TikTok direct message (DM) within 3 business days after the draw. If the winner does not respond and claim the prize within 5 days, the Promoter reserves the right to redraw another winner.

• The winner and their nominated bestie must attend the appointment together at the venue, this is a “duo” prize and cannot be separated or transferred to individuals acting alone.

• To redeem the prize, the winner must arrange booking with the venue during the valid redemption period, and accept that any travel or incidental costs are their responsibility.

• The winner must agree to be photographed for before-and-after images, which the Promoter and the venue may use for promotional purposes (with winner’s consent).

5. Entry Conditions & Disqualification

• Only one Instagram comment “WIN” per Instagram account is permitted.

• On TikTok, each unique “tag a friend” comment (one friend per line) counts as an extra entry, provided all other entry actions are completed.

• Entrants must comply with Instagram’s and TikTok’s terms of use and community guidelines.

• The Promoter reserves the right to disqualify any entrant who: uses multiple fake accounts, enters after the closing time, fails to meet eligibility criteria, or is found to act in a disruptive, fraudulent or unlawful manner.

6. General Conditions

• This giveaway is in no way sponsored, endorsed or administered by, or associated with, Instagram or TikTok.

• To the extent permitted by law, the Promoter’s liability is limited, and the Promoter is not responsible for any technical failures, entry omissions, or damage to entrants’ devices.

• If for any reason the giveaway is not capable of running as planned (due to technical fault, virus, tampering or any cause beyond the Promoter’s control) the Promoter may in its sole discretion cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the giveaway and draw winner(s) from valid entries received up to the date of such cancellation.

7. Privacy & Use of Personal Information

• The Promoter will collect personal information in order to conduct the giveaway and distribute the prize (e.g., name, age, contact details, bestie’s name). The information will be used for the purpose of verifying eligibility, contacting the winner and coordinating the prize redemption.

• By entering, the entrant and nominated bestie consent to their information being used for these purposes and to publication of the winner’s first name and last initial on the Promoter’s social media within 30 days of the draw.

• Personal information will not be supplied to third parties without the entrant’s or bestie’s consent, except as required by law (for example by regulatory authorities).

• Entrants may request access to or correction of their personal information by contacting the Promoter.

8. Governing Law & Permits

• This giveaway is governed by the laws of South Australia.

• Because this promotion is a game of chance (winner selected at random), it constitutes a “trade promotion lottery” under the Lotteries Act 2019 (SA) / Lotteries Regulations 2021 (SA) framework. Under South Australian regulations, if the total prize value of a draw exceeds AUD $5,000, a licence/permit is required.

• The Promoter confirms the total prize value is under the threshold and that a licence is not required for this minor trade promotion.
  (Note: If prize value goes above AUD $5,000 or other conditions change, a permit would be required.)

• The Promoter confirms all conditions for unclaimed prizes, record-keeping, draw details and winner notification will comply with Consumer & Business Services requirements.

9. Acceptance of Terms

By entering this giveaway, entrants acknowledge they have read, understood and agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions and the Promoter’s decisions (which are final and binding in all matters).
